Andrews Racing Transmissions 2nd gear servo is modified to provide a quicker apply of the 2nd gear band while also reducing overlap on the 2-3 shift. Overlap, or binding on the 2-3 shift is common and actually means the transmission is briefly stuck in two gears at once which can cause a bind, or very hard 2-3 shift.
